Pump it! Fitness
Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009THIS IS NOT OPEN AT THIS STAGE DUE TIME OF YEAR. WILL RESTART IN SPRING TIME.
DD’s Netball have introduced a fitness session after training on Monday evenings! Will run from 8-8:30pm and all from training are welcome.
This will include fitness drills, circuit training and running to help improve the overall fitness of the players. It is asked that each participant thinks of two fitness items whether it is a stretch, drill or circuit so that we can concentrate on what individuals want as a group.

Update 27.07.09 – So far we have had a few really good sessions and hopefully our numbers will keep building! The exercises we have done combine aerobic and toning. These include, using a skipping rope, running on the spot, star jumps, sit-ups/crunches, squats, weights and these are to name a few.
The Pump it! Fitness is growing and with more people the better the circuits and ideas!
